This semester, I have kids from the following countries:
-Mexico
-Italy
-Brazil
-Guam
-some other spanish like speaking country that I can't remember.
It's VERY cool. I love love love having diverse classes.
Now on for dinner tonight - I'm trying my first pot pie ever, homemade crust and everything. It's called Joe's special pot pie and it comes from one of my favorite cooks. She makes amazing cookies, cakes, and brownies, but this is her first non-baking cookbook and the entire thing is filled with potpies and only potpies. I'm SO excited. I'll keep you updated, don't you worry. :)
