Yesterday Morning

When I get James up every morning, we usually sit and read books and drink milk for a little while. We then change his diaper and James gets to choose what he wants for breakfast. Yesterday morning, he wanted none of that.
He got out of his crib and brought me his crocs. We put them on.
He then proceeded to go try to climb the door of the oven and when I asked him to stop, he started doing somersaults on the floor.

No day is ever the same. :)
Happy anniversary to my sweet Nanny and PupPup! We love you guys!

Summer

Days filled with watering flowers, playing in the sprinkler, 

taking nice long evening walks, sunscreen, 

 hats, and

 delicious homemade popsicles!

Lately

It's been a month. Sorry!
Honestly, there hasn't been a whole lot going on!

James however did FINALLY get to meet his great grandparents on my side!  Dad got pictures but I haven't seen them yet. They were so excited to see our little man!  It really made my heart ache to be closer to them. They have so much knowledge and experience - I hate that James lives so far away from them!

We've had almost no showings on our house which means...we're dropping the price!  To what we paid for it 5 years ago. Sigh. Oh well.
I mean, who DOESN'T want to live in our quiet retired community?

Our adopted college student is moving in with us this summer...in our 2 bedroom house. James gets the other bedroom which means poor Matt will be sleeping on the couch for 2 months.

Confusion

We had a house showing last Wednesday.
Wednesday afternoon - we get an offer
Wednesday afternoon - we counter
Thursday morning - the guy rejects our counter
Thursday morning - we counter again.

Goes
By
And
NOTHING.
Today - our real estate agent calls and says that the guy isn't going to respond to our counter because he wants a second showing SOMETIME, nothing scheduled yet, just SOMETIME.
What?!
Why offer if you're unsure you even want our house?
I have lived in anxiousness all. freakin. week.
