With everyone I know getting pregnant around me and with our own timeline coming up in the next...eh... 8 years, I couldn't resist.

I bought this...in size 0-3 months.

 

Oh my gosh. I can't wait.

Male Student: Mrs. L - you're looking good today
Me: That's really inappropriate *kid*
Student:  ok - you're really looking good today
Me: Still really inappropriate
Student: what are you doing this weekend?
Me: We're going to a wedding up in TN
Student: Are you going to party and get drunk at the reception?
Me: Um no. Not my style.
Student: Wait, you didn't party in college?
Me: Nope - way too concerned about grades to do that
Student:  I bet you have a wild side
Me: If I do, I haven't found it yet
Student: Well, why don't you just hang out with me and I'll help you find it ;)

My first

Got my first "I hate you, don't ever talk to me again" from a student.
Cried at first and then thought to myself, "oh no you didn't"
As my wonderful administrator said...
I AM QUEEN. HEAR ME ROAR.

It's my first but I doubt it'll be my last. I'm ok with kids hating me.  It's just like parenting, right? They'll get over it and I'll get over it. 

Now, bring me some Arby's. I deserve it. :)

*I just ate a foot long sub?
*I was so cold last night without my husband sleeping beside me that I wore a long sleeved shirt, socks, and thick fleece pants WITH an additional comforter?

*It took me 3-4 days to read the first book of the hunger game series and it only took Grey 24 hours?
*I once lied to my professor in grad school claiming to be sick so I could go home...she totally believed me.  She was a weird woman.  I just didn't want to sit through a pointless 3 hour night class and attendance was mandatory soooooooo I lied and still got credit for that day :)  Not very Jesus like, huh?

Did you know...
*Grey has made multiple batches of homemade pasta with 3 different homemade sauces within the past week?  (We're trying out our new food processor!)
*Grey surprised me and rented the Hunger Games so we could watch it tonight as a date!

Did you know...
*For our anniversary a couple of weeks ago, Grey bought me a bag of chips?  He sure knows the way to my heart :)
*I've got 2 weeks left with my first semester kids!!!!!!!!!!
